Blue Light Canine Foundation is a Ventura County rescue committed to giving at-risk dogs a second chance.

We take dogs off the euthanasia list, provide high-level obedience training, and place them into safe, loving homes. Our certified trainers also prepare service dogs for children with autism and run community programs that bring therapy and support to hospitals, schools, and families throughout the county.

Together, we rescue, train, and transform lives.
